REFUND POLICY
We do strict quality checks before the delivery of any product. Still, if you, unfortunately, decide to return an order, please do so by dropping a mail on support@vudafashion.com mentioning your Order ID, unboxing video and images (must required) . We will not be able to assist you with any information regarding returns or exchange on Instagram DM or any other email or contact number apart from the one mentioned on this page support@vudafashion.com.
We have a 1-days NO QUESTION ASKED return policy.
WE CANNOT ARRANGE A RETURN PICKUP FOR YOU. After getting confirmation from our side via email from support@vudafashion.com, we will provide you full details for return package.
The to and fro courier cost will be borne by you if you wish to return the product. In case of refunds we shall refund the total amount paid for the products and not shipping if any.
For exchange we shall provide you with a unique code once we receive the order back at our end. We shall only provide the value paid for the product returned and not any shipping if applicable. This process can take up to 15 working days upon receiving your order back at our end.
A full refund would be provided back to your original form of payment (after subtracting nominal charges for return shipping).
Kindly allow 7-10 days from the delivery date for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Pre-Order products are not eligible for return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It will take 7-10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
